i didnt have one single beer,but i can tell you, i have never been so high without spirits in my life. my name is jimmy confrey.age 41 the 2-8-05. iam half irish from my fathers side, who past away 8 years ago. it was the first time i saw u2.(please god, not the last).it was realy coming down with rain,but that didnt matter.my position,was at the left platform close to the band.when they came out to the peak, wow. 20.45 u2 came on and parken went mad.vertigo and, then i will follow,it was just great,the sound in parken has been much critisides,but tonight it sounded just right.when they played new years day, i rang a frend,he was just delighted.when they played beautiful day,bono mixed the lyrics with the rain that was coming down.when city of binding lights came on (one of my favorites)the show realy got started.on one of the numbers there where a drunk who hopped over besides bono on the platform.he was pulled down by security.bono also got a girl op on to the platform,he borrowed her raincoat,and held her a little bit.sunday bloody sunday,i never get tided of that song.miss sarajevo,bono and opera-yes please anytime.i had the time of my life.i only hope they will tour next year.and come to copenhagen.please u2.
