drove down from toronto , without tickets, hoping to find a pair from a scalper for decent price but i was surprised to find out the show wasn't sold out ! bought a pair of rear stage tix for $45 each ! now that we had tix. we started to have some fun in the parking lot. my friend and i were wearing our green northern ireland soccer jerseys, we had a few cold brews and i played some u2 songs on my acoustic guitar . we met lots of cool people from all over and i was surprised to find out how many people had been following the tour and going to all the shows , just like i used to be when the grateful dead were on tour, I thought the show itself was very cool , they played lots of crowd favorites and new stuff i was really looking forward to going to the hamilton show , but i had to work , it is only a 20 min. drive from where i live. anyway this tour has going great and i hope to get the dvd when its out.
