And you know what ? He was right. The best concert of our life. Us ? The 11'000 people who sweat and shouted during the entire show. U2 at its best, with passion, fury and generosity.
At first, I didn't want to go to this concert. "Archtung Baby" was not my thing (I liked the "old" U2 - things changed now for a long time) but whent the lights came back, I just said: God, please, forgive me, because i doubted them. Everything was perfect, four musicians gave us all.
I write this review 13 years after, three deays after another U2 concert - In Zurich this time - ant he memories remain. Yes, Zurich gig was splendid. But nothing compares to that night in Lausanne.
