14 of us travelled to cardiff to see u2 in concert.we are family members of dave evans.. THE EDGE.. the edges parents GARVIN and GWENDA EVANS are from LLANELLI where we all live . we were greeted into the wrex bar hospitality lounge to meet EDGE. he had been practicing for an hour and a half. then he made his entry to meet all of us. he talked to each and every one of us and signed autographs.then he left to get ready for the show. when we were shown our special raised private platform we were thrilled. the atmosphere was fantastic.then when BONO came on stage and started belting the first song VERTIGO the audience went wild. it just got better and better. everyone was in an elated mood. they sang some old favouiites ,and it brought memories flooding back of yars ago when we saw them last time in cardiff arms park 12 years ago. the staging was wonderfull and the concert ended as it began with VERTIGO. ALL TO SOON THE CONCERT WAS OVER AND WE WISH EW COULD RELIVE IT ONCE AGAIN. THANK GOODNESS WE TOOK LOAS OF PHOTOS WITH EDGE. WHAT A NIGHT.
