2005-07-01 - U2 Cardiff from a Dutch Fan submitted by Dennis Hendrix

Me and a friend of mine went 29.06.2005 to the U2 concert in Cardiff. Herefor we took the plane from Eindhoven to London (STN). From there we drove by car to Cardiff. We arrived 15.30 and went into the stadium 16.00. We had good places and stood in the front rows.

For us the concert was very good, only the sound was a little bit of echo in it. We have the same problem with the Amsterdam Arena.

But, this didn't make the show less interesting. We had a very good experience in Cardiff and afther a journey of 23 hours, we went to bed. Still dreaming of the greatest band in the world.

Now, I am looking really forward to my next 4 concerts (Amsterdam 13-07; Amsterdam 16-07; Rome 23-07 and last but not lease Barcelona 07-08).
