The second Antwerp concert was absolutely unbelievable.
I've seen hundreds of concerts but this one was by far the best: it was so very intimate, you could see how the band had a great time (although Bono got a bit irritated when the 17000 fans didn't stop singing his song...Sorry for that Bono...)
But God, the atmosphere...We bought seated tickets, but couldn't stop from dancing and singing together with everybody else in the sports palace.(Why were there seats anyway?)
U2 was also very happy to hear the IRA wanted to lay down their weapons.(although sadly enough they gave up their intentions afterwards)
They surprised us with a new song (Did Bono really invent the lyrics on stage?)
At the end he thanked us for the great party and said: 'you Belgians are OK, you should try Irish beer' As if we didn't know that beer...it is like the Irish people: in one word GREAT and LOVELY! (oops 2 words ;-)> )
