Review

2011-06-03 - The best concert of the whole tour submitted by Frank Hewson

Wow, this concert is the first time I´m able to see U2 live because last time on the Vertigo Tour I wasn´t a fan :(
The concert was really good despite some unfavourable reviews made by some people who say U2 was better on last tours... I loved it!!! Specially because they brought back songs I thought I would never listen to live.. Ultraviolet and Zooropa!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a great fan of the Zooropa album and that song was a moment I'll never forget as well as the whole concert of course.
Another big surprise was Out Of Control and the new opener Even Better Than The Real Thing is in its best form ever, even better than Zoo TV or Popmart DVD's.
Scarlet is very good too... I'd just prefer listening to it without Bono's speeches (Those are good though but he should let us enjoying the whole song not just the "Rejoice" part).
This concert was worth every single minute of the 16-hour row under a burning sun!!!. I got into the innercircle and was able to see the four guys from a very close distance and even above me on the bridges!!!
I loved the concert as no other in my life because U2 is my favourite band and I saw them with my girlfriend; the full concert was great but our breath-taking moments were: Even Better Than The Real Thing, Out Of Control, Magnificent, I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For, Stay(Faraway, So Close!), Beautiful Day, Zooropa, City Of Blinding Lights, Vertigo, Scarlet, Walk On, One, Where The Streets Have No Name, Ultraviolet, With Or Without You and Moment Of Surrender.
Snow Patrol was awesome too, a good support act for U2.
I will never forget it and I hope to see U2 live once again!!!!!
