Having waited for what felt like forever in the dazzling British heat wave, the fabulous four walked onto the enormous stage, little did we know that things were going to get much hotter!

Bono and the boys played to a packed Twickenham stadium, and I was one of the many sun kissed fans at the front of the inner circle and was able to get an awesome view of Bono swaging his Irish stuff!

They played a mixture of the old and new, which was fantastic as I have never been to their shows before. U2’s stage performance and the general production is excellent. U2 are energetic and their ballads are full of passion, they are just as fantastic live as they are on CD.

Brilliant!
