This was my first ever U2 gig and simply put, it blew my mind. At a synical 42 years old, it takes something very special to make its mark on me and this performance was an occassion that will be with me for a very long time.

The stand out moment of the evening was the rendition of Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own. It moved me deeply not just because of what the song is about but also becuase it was a beautiful performace of this song, that Bono on the night dedicated to his dad, Bob.

The crowd was fantastic too. Fully versed and in good voice.

To all you lucky people who have still to see the show. You are in for a treat.
