This was my firts U2 gig and I can honestly say that I wasn't let down. First of all I would like to say that Idlewild were amazing, I saw them at Manchester Academy earlier this year but last nights performance was better. Athlete were also great, excelent choices for support acts. Now on to U2, they were simply out of this world. I expected alot from them as they are the best live band in the world but somehow they managed to excede my expectations. I'm going to see Oasis at the City Of Manchester Stadium in July and they have a hard act to follow.
