WE reisde in Los ANgeles but were unable to get tickets. We made the trip up to Seattle as we were able to get tickets for Key Arena. What a treat! I can't even count how many times I have seen U2 live. They just get better and better! We were brought to tears as the young man "Josh" was brought up on the ellipse with Bono. He was singing "Sometimes You Can't Make it on Your Own" to Josh and Josh was singing it to Bono. There were two irsh men sitting behind us and everytime the Edge did his thing one of the men would gasp and say Jesus Christ in a deep irish brogue. My sentiments exactly. Bono may not be Jesus Christ but U2 is surely Heaven sent. The Seattle crowd was quite different from LA. Very relaxed. Count myself privileged to have been. One funny thing though, they did play Vertigo twice and Bono said the "F" word again-but everyone just laughed-Oh Bono!
