The Wednesday night show was so awesome. I drove up with Friends from Virginia to see it. We went to the Philly show a few days prior. One of the highlights of the Weds. NJ show was that Bono pulled some garage band onstage to play with them. He was like "okay, they say they're called The Bankrobbers" and proceeded to bring a dream to life for a couple of local musicians. It was cool! The highlight at the Philly show was the very end of it. The whole stadium chanting "how long.... to sing this song... how long... to sing this song..." and Bono waved and slowly walked off, then Adam, The Edge and Larry continued playing for a minute, then Adam slowing walked off, then The Edge and then they spotlighted Larry who is one of the shyest in the group and he just played the drums and rocked it out for another minute or two and then he got up and waved to everybody and we all went wild!
The best thing with going to multiple shows is seeing the slight variations in each and it totally makes each one so special. :)) I just got tix for the Portland show in December. The last show of the tour! Yay!
