First, let me say we seen a great show in philly the second time around. But beyond the awesome light and stage show there is something missing. I think to sum it up, there is just a slight lack of energy from the boys. I'm not sure if its the latest material from the new album or what. Even Rock Radio WMMR was saying the same thing (Pierre Robert)Lets face it, U2 is a supergroup. They should not be so regimented to just two hours! They have plenty of material and I am not expecting them to play every song but did they give it their all last night, I'm not really sure. Are they tired, I hope not. This is only the first leg of this tour. overall, great concert, good atmosphere, great lighting, so-so sound, good setlist, and NOT long enough.
P.S I really feel bad for the people who sit behind the stage. Its not worth it. Bono went there about 3-4 times last night.
