I am a loyal U2 fan but I have to be objective about their performance in Madison Square Garden on May 21..simply non-eventful. The stage set up, although austere, was enough to keep us fans satisfied. Bono, however, did not display his usual level of commitment with the public. He did enough just to get by during the concert. They did a couple of covers from Bowie and others, which was puzzling to me given that U2’s has one of the richest libraries of songs out there. Anyways, that’s just my opinion overall I will give this concert 2 out of 5 stars.
