I agree with U2 being uninspiring, low energy. And I am all for the good that Bono does for the world and am hyped by the relatively positive message. But the music has the message. There is no need for the overproduced show and the slow sauntering around the stage. Pick it up. There was no groove.

I do have to say that I loved the graphics on the light bulb curtains, especially for "Bullet in a Blue Sky."

But if you saw this band around the time of Boy, or even in the archive available from "Live from Red Rocks," you see that something is missing and in it's own tiny way, that's a drag.
