Well they went on at 9 and played past 11, I was sitting back in Sec 208 and thought it was too loud at first -but had some ear plugs. After a few songs they seemed to get a handle on the high ceiling acoustics and it was much better and I started loosening up the plugs. The crowd was really jumping and I guess thats why they had to play so loud. I guess thats what the Beatles went through with the fans being louder than they were. Hard to help yourself from singing along with a lot of these songs.
Ive seen them four/five times and I think Bono is the closest thing the world has to Jesus right now.
So an uplifting band such a moving and captivating show and by the end you were slayed.
We thought it was all done and they came out and played vertigo Again. Smokin tune no matter how many times Ive heard it. These guys are still the best!
