2009-07-27 - 6/10 for Sat Night

I'd agree with James Reidy and Jo about the whole experience. I'm definately a fan, but Croke Park is not the place for Major Gigs. Very poor sound quality indeed. When Bono was talking you really couldn't understand him at all, and only for I know all the songs I wouldn't have been able to follow the lyrics either. Slane or Punchestown from now on I think lads, and next time... please try and have a bit more passion for your homecoming gigs. Maybe bad press for tax avoidance left them with a stale taste in thier mouths????
