This was a lot of fun! Any band who can get so many people so energized like that is definetly something special! I didn't actually realize how much I truly did love them until this concert. It was without a doubt the best concert I've been to, ever, and it catapulted them to my 2nd all time favorite band (closely behind Erasure.....please don't throw things at me....). The atmosphere was just so fun and uplifting and so fantastic! Oh, and I love Bono's "Thank you, Detroit, Ohio.........Ohiooooooooooo!!!" and how no one even seemed to care at all that he'd said the wrong state. I live in Wisconsin, and Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, etc, are all the same, so I can easily see why he'd be mixed up! But the fact that no one cared or reacted just showed how powerful a man he is, that he is so loved by everyone that no one gives a rat's behind if he messes up a bit like that. Anywho, great fun, and I am currently listening to that concert as we speak, on a bootleg CD, and it's great! What a great band. Thank heaven for U2!
