Caught U2 live outside BBC HQ few weeks back and was fairly blown away by the fact they were in such close proximity (in comparison to the previous stadium thousands Ive witnessed before).
U2 appeared to have recaptured there original formula - do they no longer feel the need to change with the times and keep up with the trends? What I noticed was a resurgance of their 80s style magic - or was this just their casual look? The highlight for me was not their wonderful new single but the acoustic version of Desire that made me feel giddy. Bus passengers driving past unawares and stopping in traffic were pleasantly shocked at what they saw too! Well done lads! Keep up the good work! Luc Tracey xoxox
