I attended this concert. I went with a group of friends from U Miami.

We went primarily to see the warm up band. "The Front" which was a local Miami Clash-ish sort of group that was popular with UM Students.

At the time, I didn't really know much about U2. At most there were a few hundred people in attendance. I didn't know any of their songs and their set was pretty boring. No one was really paying much attention to them.

Obviously, they went on to bigger and better things. ;o) I saw them again in Detroit in May, 983 at a small theatre (Grand Circus). That was a rockin' show. ;o)
