Went with two mates. 15 years old and this was our first concert. Stood outside croke park from 10am that morning. Can only remember snippets of the support acts, especially REM. U2 were amazing, still a fan 20 years later. The experience was something that will stay with me for rthe rest of my days. Especially Bono all decked out in white with a mullet haircut and a girl sitting on Larry Mullens drum kit for most of the concert. These where the days of taking your life in your hands getting close to the stage so we chickened out and watched from the stands. Also remember punching the sky for pride in the name of love and doing the pogo for I Will Follow
