Generating enough energy and hightened atmosphere, on a balmy November night Larry, Adam, Edge and Bono lifted the capacity stadium crowd to sing as one...all night long!

Larry and Adam were absolutely lockstep solid as Edge provided the magic, space and atmosphere for passionate vocal projection from the Bono the "forever front-man".

"Edgeworld" threw up some minor gremlins which only added vitality and allowed the band to once again show their prosfessionalism and ability to think on their feet and just rock on! Furry :)

The onstage banter, smiles and humour was relaxed yet reflective, as tonight was the last Australian show of the tour. The crowd engaged from the pulsating ellipse thru to the very back vertical rows of level 3.

Swaying mobile phone-lit ballads have become commonplace at the show, relegating the butane lighter to the last millenium.

The lads must've had a really good time in Fitzroy this trip as Bono mentioned it a number of times thru the evening.

Farewell till we see you again. U2 - You are the show that everybody must see, you are the music that transcends generations and you are the passion that flows thru all humanity. Rock On!
