I have never heard U2 live before - so you can imagine how excited I was to go tonight. And whilst I still had an awesome time, I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed. I thought the audio was highly distorted, muddy and impossible to work out what Bono was saying ... and having read an earlier review - I'm sorta glad to hear that I'm not the only one who thought the same (at least my hearing is okay)

The other big disappointment I had was I was sitting on level 2 near the far left (ie level with the stage). However, because of the extremem curve of the video wall, I could not see any of images :( I didn't realise how much I was missing until I came home and saw some videos on YouTube.

Having said all that, I truly did enjoy my first U2 concert and will make an effort to see more. Next time I'm ditching the reserved seats and going for the general admin area - they seemed to be having a lot more fun!
