2001-12-02 - Concert in Atlanta just like DVD submitted by Ron G.For anyone who has not been able to see U2 due to a. cost or b. sold out, you're in luck. Go buy the DVD from Boston. It's almost identical to the concert here in Atlanta. They even play "The Fly" in the DVD. With regards to the show, it was up there with one of the best I have seen (the only other one that I have seen that compares is an Iron Maiden show I saw in Buffalo in 1987). What sucks is they hung out in some Atlanta clubs the night before for their "End of Tour drinking party." If anyone is going to see it in Miami tonight (I almost bought tickets but my friends were in Gainesville yesterday for the Gators-Vols game), try to get gen. admission. Bono spent a lot of time by the tip of the heart (more advice-stand by right side of heart). Overall, great show and hope they put out another album soon instead of touring in Pacific Rim (they have been touring once every 4 years- too long!).
