Review

2006-07-14 - Why do I love this show??? submitted by santos

Well, I'm going to cry during this review :(
I was in this unforgettable concert.
I was 17 year's old.
When "Where the streets have no name" began to excite the people congregated in the Santiago Bernabeu, I promised myself that i would never left loving U2...

During "I still haven't found", Bono said ''Este es un lugar muy grande, pero U2 y vosotros somos mucho mas grandes'' (This is a large place, but U2 and you are much big!)

In the "Electric Co", Bono climbed the last time to the electric structure of the stage, and sang there "Break on thru to the other side..."

And they played the fist time "Spanish Eyes"!! the very large crowd (115,000!!!) went mad with this one!

At the end of the show Bono said "This is a beautiful city, Madrid...I ask myself one question...Why have we not played here before?? We play this for you and also we play this for the people on the street outside and the people on the buildings above...This is a song called 40.Good night."

So, finally i'm crying remembering it..Snif snif...
