2006-06-09 - great experience for a high school kid submitted by John Ross

Wow! What can I say after all these years? It was definitely a great show and definitely a great place to see what was then an up and coming band. Chrysler Hall is a very small place seating just 2500, but I'm pretty sure it was packed that night.

I was still in high school and we had to drive about a 100+ miles but at that age you can go on a whim which is what we did, even convincing one of our buddies who had never heard the band to come along.

Of course, New Year's Day and Sunday Bloody Sunday are the songs I remember the best.

Unfortunately I never got the chance to see them live again.
