I've waited so long for this concert. I've always dreamt about it and I felt I wasn't even there. I mean, the show was amazing, right? The setlist was great, the thing is that the stage was very very low and it was impossible to see anything, I felt like I was watching it from my T.V. at times. I needed to see them in flesh, to know that I wasn't dreaming. I couldn't see them coming on stage because the nearer screen was off the moment the show began. I was very excited at the beginning, I jumped and sang out loud along with the crowd(I would've opened with "Vertigo" instead of "City Of Blinding Lights", though). I have bruises all over my body. I felt Bono was wasn't so energic, maybe that's because he is getting older and he doesn't have the same energy he had in the past, I don't know... I thought I would cry at the show, but I didn't, it didn't touch me the way I thought it would.
The best songs were "One" and "With Or Without You". I would've liked to hear some songs from "POP" like "Gone" or "Staring At The Sun", but you can't have the cake and eat it too, right? I just hope they come back soon with a higher stage or I'll have to start saving money for the VIP space!!!
All I can say is that even though I will always remember this show, I feel an emptiness inside, I feel that it didn't fulfil my expectations, I'm still thirsty of U2...
