This was my 6th Elevation show, and it was the best one I've been to. I was able to forget everything that's going on in the world today for a just few seconds, because Bono elevated my soul duing UTEOTW. It seemed to happen in slow motion, I mean, I know there was music playing, and the crowd was cheering, but I really wasn't aware of anything other than Bono, lead singer of a rock 'n roll band for over 20 years, peace lover, political activist, spiritual guide for adoring fans, inspiration for thousands to make a pilgrimage to Ireland, living legend, internationally recognized superstar, loving husband and doting father of four, was laying down on a heart shaped catwalk right in front of ME, of all the thousands of people at Staples Center that night, and looked right at ME, some nobody brown-eyed girl from Seattle who flew to LA (and Hamilton, and New York, and drove to Vancouver BC) just to catch a rock concert featuring the greatest band on the planet, who was stretching her 5'3" frame with all her might that she may simply caress any part of his body; his shoes, his chin, his hand, anything...and he reaches out his neck and nibbles on my freakin' fingers and lets his bottom lip caress my fingertips! I was way too electrified and shocked to even remember I had a right hand with a camera in it so I didn't get any pictures of this incredible moment with him. Does anybody have any pictures of the 11/12 show? If there's one of Bono laying down towards stage left, chances are it's when he nibbled my fingers, and I'm dying to get a picture of it!
