I went to the Vertigo concert on October 10, 2005. I had box seats and I seriously felt like I died and went to heaven. I have only been listening to U2 for about a year now and at once they became my favorite band. Playing Bad at the end, there was a feeling in the air, I don't know how to describe it. And 40 as the last song, with the crowd singing it long after they went backstage, it was like everyone knew it was over, but if we sang together loud and long enough, it could go on forever. This experience was once in a lifetime and I couldn't imagine my life without this day.
