The Portland Vertigo show was my first U2 show. I have been a fan for a long time, but for some reason things never worked out with seem live. I broke that curse finally and it was everything I imagined. I have seen so many concerts and I have never seen anything like U2. They are in a class by themselves and after all this time remain one of the greatest and most important bands in the world. They sounded great, the show was visually awesome and with the stage set-up there wasn't a bad seat in the Rose Garden. I was truly impressed. They were awesome to say the least. The only downside is that I didn't have a ticket for the inside ring...that must have been incredible....next time :-). I WILL BE BACK.....
