I saw my first U2 concert May 7th in Chicago and had such a great time I had to do it again. We flew from Tulsa to St Louis and was glad to see others on the plane with the same agenda :)

As for the show, I liked this one better. The crowd at the Savvis Center was much more into it than what I recall from Chicago, and the light show was more sensational too. The backdrops were the same, but they fired up the strobes and lit the floor more. There was also some audience participation, which was kind of fun. That little kid that Bono picked from the audience has no idea how lucky he was. Plus the guy picked to play keyboard and another girl who got to stand beside Bono for a short time. Lacking from the St Louis show, however, was New Years Day and All Because of You, two of my faves. Otherwise, the guys were in sync, Bono sounded crisp and energized, and it was simply an awesome show!
