It was my first U2 concert and I was blown away. I laughed as Bono pulled a tipsy woman on stage for "Mysterious Ways", cheered as Bono chased down The Edge on the circle during "The End of the World" and I got chills when the colors came out during "Beautiful Day". The lights, the sounds, the unity of the crowd...it was almost too much to take in. Worship of God, Love for fellow men and the fight against hate; it was all there. If they had played for 5 hour straight, I still would have wanted more. U2 isn't my favorite band for no reason...they just further solidified it last night.
