Review

2005-11-23 - New York, New York...... submitted by PDK

Is there such thing as a bad performance by U2, when playing New York ? Doubtful..An Amazing show tonight....

This show was more energetic then the night before. Word was out that U2 would take to the stage 30 minutes earlier ? I suppose that set high expectations, I know it did for me. What was disapointing was, Very little change from the set lists between both shows. I think most people expected 25 song performance, given it being the final show at the garden. The end of the show was a huge disapointment to most people around me. U2 ended very ubruptly with the song instant karma, which was incredible. Bono and the rest, including Patti Smith left the stage and then re-appeared for a few minutes and continued playing Instant Karma and then left for a final time abruptly. No bad ???
It could have ended differently, but this was still an amazing performance....

Ive been to numerous shows and Ive never been lucky enough to hear Electric Co. Tonight they sang it. It sounded so intense..It made my night...

They also added MLK..

Miss Sarajevo......absolutley incredible...
