Review

2005-11-20 - Still Getting Better! submitted by Laura Sellers

Last night was only the 3rd time I have seen U2 live, but it was, as expected, absolutely awesome! I was so excited to hear "Bad", but really wish they had included "Crumbs." Bono's voice was a little shaky at times, but what can you expect...they've been on tour forever! However, he did a remarkable job during "Miss Sarajevo." They also seemed to have returned to their policital roots. This tour definitely has a different feel than the Elevation tour. When I saw them in Nov. of 2001, the world was still in shock after 9/11, and the show reflected that. Now, they're coming out fighting!

Also....does anyone know what song was playing right before the show started??? I really liked it, but have no clue what it was! webmaster note: The last pre-show song is Wake Up from Arcade Fire.
