2005-11-17 - Amazing!!!! submitted by CRWBono rocked the house last night in Tampa! I love how much he interacted with the audience (touching people's hands, bringing a woman up on the stage during "With or Without You", another woman during another song, and a boy up to shine a spotlight on everyone).
U2 truly proved what a great and timeless band they are...they played their older songs and newer songs and the whole concert was just an amazing experience. I actually text-messaged my name to the number that they had up on the big screen. My phone rang back saying--This is Bono, thx 4 taking action with the ONE campaign 2 make AIDS and poverty history. It was just kind of cool, even though of course I knew it wasn't actually Bono sitting there text-messaging me.
I felt so honored to be able to go to their concert. That's just the feeling I was left with...honored and awed. WHAT A GREAT NIGHT! back
