2005-11-07 - They were fantastic submitted by SusanI have been a fan for over 20 years and seen them live all over Europe and some shows here in the US.
I was at both shows in Vegas and I thought Saturday night was one of the best shows I have seen. Yes Bono's voice was not at it's peak, but he sang Pavorotti's lyrics to Miss Sarajevo outstandingly. They have been on tour for over a year and this was their 4th show in 5 days. I was so happy just to be there in that amazing atmosphere. The guy sitting next to me said this was the first time he had ever seen them and they blew his socks off..
For those who complained, next time let the unbelievably difficult to-get tickets go to someone else who will appreciate them.. back
