It took me 25 years to get to a live U2 show, but it was worth the wait. I'm only sad it took that long to get there. The show and the people was like being at a family gathering of 19,000. The wait outside, making your wayt around the arena the people settign next to you. All happy and buzzing with anticipation of the "the band". The hit it hard from the beginning and the sound was 1000 times more than I imagind it would be like, imagining what it would be like up to hte few seconds before the Edge hit the first note. Too hard to describe. Awesome, out-of-body, humbling and inspirational. I only hope they continue on long enough for me to see them live again. I grew up with U2, growing old with U2 is a wonderful thing.
