Review
2001-10-30 - Hot show! submitted by VermonterI have never seen U2 before and decided that before all is said and done I had to check at least one out. After buying a pair of extremely pricy tickets (but good seats) we headed to the show. Now I am not a stranger to them at all, I have great respect for them and like their tunes. I had heard this tour is exceptionally good and saw them on MTV bla bla. We got there and they came out stil lwith the house lights on! I have never seen that approach. They started off great and continued through the night for a sick show. I realized that Bono is a huge star (I mean there are only a handful of one name stars out there), every tune they have as big hit and I finally got to see the Edge(I love guitarists). So all in all I thought the show completely rocked, the blew me away. However, I can only assume they play the same shit every night, now if they could mix it up I think we'd really have something here. back
