writes "Bookmakers offer propositions on virtually every possible aspect of the Super bowl, but one offshore operation has broken new ground by betting on what song Irish rock band U2 will open their halftime show with.

Curacao-based VIPsports (www.vipsports.com) makes last year's song of the year "Beautiful Day" the 2-1 Favorite ahead of the second single from their latest album, "Elevation" at 7-2.

"Where the Streets Have No Name" is a widely fancied third pick at 5-1, with "Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" and "Desire" on the fourth line at 6-1.

"Pride (In the Name of Love)" is rated an 8-1 chance, "Until the End of the World" is at 12-1, with "The Fly" (20-1), "Stuck in a Moment" (20-1) and "New Year's Day" (25-1), all rated outsiders.

The field (any other song) is quoted at 7-5.

U2 will perform three songs in their halftime show, which will be televised live on Sky Sports. "
